Pee Dee Building Systems, LLC ; located in Hartsville, SC offers over two decades of experience in general construction, specializing in metal building construction. From small carports to retail business centers no job is too small or large for our highly experienced crews. We offer all sizes of buildings, professionally engineered and custom built to suit your needs. These buildings will withstand 130 MPH winds and a 42 inch snow load. The steel posts of our buildings are set in concrete thirty inches deep, this along with the triple coated 14 gauge steel tubing makes this a substantially stronger construction than wood. Made from top quality steel tubing, our trusses are re-enforced with 14 gauge gusset plates for better support. All of our buildings are covered with 40 year Prime Steel Panels. Each sheet has four coats of protective coating and paint designed to last for years. The siding on our buildings are applied with self tapping screws, painted to match the color of your building. These quality built buildings are available in many different sizes and colors. Our buildings are not kits. They are engineered to your size and meet or exceed your local and state building codes. Our buildings are covered by a manufacturers 40 year panel warranty. The doors on our buildings are the best available in their class, with many different styles and sizes to complete most projects.
